Ross CC-303 Triple Barrel Continuous Flow Freezer produces Frozen Custard, Sorbet, and Italian ices. Exclusive Ross Quick Freeze Technology produces very small ice crystals resulting in a smoother, creamier product. Match production to demand with the “hold product” mode refrigeration setting. Model CC-303 has three 7.5-gallon mix storage hoppers.
